Ben is a business-development and consultancy-focused professional specialising in connecting manufacturing and industrial clients with asset-management consulting and training solutions. With strong industry insight and a well-established network, he uses his experience to help organisations enhance maintenance practices and optimise asset-management performance.

Ben has held several sales roles across the industrial sector, spanning metal stockholding and processing, as well as membership and apprenticeship management at Make UK. He began his industrial career in 2008 after serving in the British Army as part of a main battle tank and CVRT crew, completing two operational tours in Iraq.

With 17 years of industry experience, Ben has worked closely with CEOs, Managing Directors, and operations and procurement teams. He has also supported businesses in developing apprenticeship programmes—from recruitment through to delivery—ensuring they have the talent and skills needed for long-term success.
Ben recently joined MCP as the Sales Manager for the Consultancy & Asset Management Division. He strengthens the team by managing relationships with new and existing clients and helping them access MCP’s full range of consultancy and asset management training services.
With a background that blends operational insight and business development, Ben plays a key role in connecting organisations with solutions that deliver measurable improvement.

Ben enjoys spending time with his two children, coaching his youngest child’s rugby team, and supporting charitable initiatives through his active involvement with Round Table UK & Ireland.
