CORE AREAS OF EXPERTISE

• Operations Management

  Proven ability to oversee HR functions, manage departmental operations, and ensure budget and quality targets are met. Celia also specialises in resource sourcing, office relocations, coordinating HR and training strategies, and producing management reports.

• Learning & Development/ Consultancy

  Expertise in administering Training Needs Analyses, advising on learning programmes, and delivering accredited training (e.g. CMI, ILM). It also includes designing and delivering customised management training, blending academic and vocational approaches.

• Quality Management

  Skilled in reviewing and maintaining quality processes, including self-assessments, stakeholder surveys, and improvement plans for ISO: 9001 compliance. She also prepares the organisation for external inspections, such as OFSTED.
