Helen Edge has been with MCP for over 14 years, making significant contributions to the company’s growth and operational success. Beginning her career at MCP as Training Co-ordinator, on a temporary contract to cover maternity leave, Helen has risen through the ranks, leveraging her diverse skill set to support consultancy services, marketing, and operational management. Currently, she oversees key aspects of MCP’s operations to ensure the achievement of strategic goals and a seamless client experience.
