As we reflect on another milestone year, one thing remains clear: success in business, much like in life, is never achieved alone. Strengthening Our Team and Expanding Our Capability
Throughout the year, we have continued to invest in both our people and our services, welcoming new colleagues across several business units to deepen our consultancy and training capability. Their expertise strengthens the consistency and professionalism we bring to every engagement.
Following the opening of our Reading facility in 2024, we have significantly expanded our technical training provision in 2025. We have now doubled our technical training capacity, enabling us to train twice as many delegates each year. This expansion ensures MCP remains a major contributor to the UK’s national drive for skills development and multi-skilling within maintenance and engineering across leading manufacturing organisations.

Early in 2026, we will be moving to a larger office within the same building, providing improved space for our growing team and a more collaborative environment to support future expansion.
Next year also marks an extraordinary milestone: MCP’s 50th anniversary. Reaching half a century of leadership in maintenance improvement is a rare and proud achievement. Throughout 2026, we will celebrate the people, clients and partners who have shaped our journey and look ahead to the next chapter with renewed ambition.
