Sarah Matthews joined MCP in 2023 as Technical Training Sales Manager, bringing with her over 16 years of experience in the training and education sector. With a career spanning sales, recruitment, operations and leadership, including time as a CEO, Sarah offers both strategic insight and hands-on knowledge of the training landscape. Her passion lies in connecting with people, understanding their needs and delivering tailored training solutions that make a real difference.
At MCP, Sarah focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring each customer receives expert guidance and support. Though technical training is a new and specialist area for her, Sarah’s natural flair for communication and her deep-rooted understanding of the sector mean she has hit the ground running.

OUTSIDE OF WORK
Sarah is an avid traveller, with recent adventures taking her to Thailand, Bali, Costa Rica and Borneo – and more trips always in the pipeline. She loves cold-weather holidays in particular, with recent plans including skiing in Japan and celebrating New Year in Tokyo. With her renewed work-life balance, Sarah is enjoying the chance to travel, recharge and return energised for what lies ahead at MCP.
