Maintenance Improvement for a Major Beverage Manufacturer

The Customer

We were approached by one of Europe’s largest beverage production and distribution operations. They run several high-volume production and logistics centres across the continent and asked MCP to assess maintenance performance within their Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS).

The Challenge

Although the ASRS was operating effectively, the business wanted an impartial view of its performance, measured against MCP’s Asset Maintenance Improvement System (AMIS) framework.
